Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball was born November 24, 1981. She is an American political commentator. She was a former politician, as well a television host on MSNBC as well as a regular contributor to The Huffington Post, and the former co-host of The Hill's Rising together with Saagar Enjeti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they were quitting the show to start their own project titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is the co-host of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. Her guest appearances include on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. Ball married Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball attributes her further political interest due to her experience as a new mother during the 2008 presidential primaries, and watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able to observe how the election affected the citizens of the country and gained an appreciation for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow at the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the 2010 election. She lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 to July 2015, she hosted of The Cycle on MSNBC. She created the People's House Project, an organization that promotes Democratic causes in May 2017.
